STAKEHOLDERS’ KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE, PRACTICES AND SATISFACTION SURVEY
The Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) wishes to inform the public and all energy sector stakeholders that it has hired Test and Training Centre for Renewable Energy Technologies (TCRET) in the Department of Energy Systems at Mzuzu University to undertake the Stakeholders’ Knowledge, Attitude, Practices and Satisfaction Survey on behalf of the Authority.
The main objective of the survey is to assess the knowledge, attitudes, practices, and satisfaction of MERA stakeholders including consumers regarding MERA’s activities, services, and messages.
The survey is targeting energy consumers and licensees in the Liquid Fuels and Gas, Electricity and Renewable Energy sectors.
The survey will be conducted from July to September 2021 across all districts in Malawi.
