In a culmination of Women’s Month celebrations, the Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) conducted a thought-provoking session centred on promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. The event, led by MERA’s Chief Executive Officer Henry Kachaje, emphasized the pivotal role of inclusivity in fostering organizational growth.

Kachaje advocated for the active involvement of men in such endeavours, underscoring that genuine inclusivity cannot be achieved when any gender is left out. The engagement was reinforced by the participation of officials from Ministry of Gender, who shared compelling data and artistic simulations that shed light on the importance of inclusivity.
