ELECTRICAL INSTALLERS ADVERT
The Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) is mandated to regulate the energy sector in in a fair, transparent, efficient and cost-effective manner for the benefit of the consumers and operators. In line with its mandate, MERA promotes safety of supply of electricity.
MERA, therefore, would like to invite electrical installers and property owners in Mchalo, Mulanje and Mangochi to community sensitization meetings on electrical installations where the following will be discussed:
Legal aspects relating to installations
Electrical installers licencing procedure
Responsibilities and obligations of suppliers and customers;
and standards of renewable energy technologies.
